Someone Put That Kobold Out of its Misery!
None of our guardian bards appeared to compete for the title of Master Bard, Guardian of the Guild Song.
Edyenn, Morty, Roserot, Dromfyre, Kaldarra, Tryssia and Delicia gathered for a night of music appreciation,
but no one was prepared to enter into competition for the Honorary Bard title. Judging from the screeching,
honking and wailing that passed for the vocal warm-up exercises, it was a good idea to cancel this event!

The Lizards Never Had a Chance.

A Brilliant Storytelling Event!
The roleplaying, storytelling and dueling event planned by Minister Gwion had a magnificent turnout this past
Friday night - with both Ancient Guardians and their esteemed guests participating and enjoying the festivities.
The stories were, primarily, a somber lot of tales rife with conflict and noble suffering. The winners may post
their stories on the roleplaying board if they have time; be sure to check them out!
- Place the First. Morty Undercrypt, our resident dead-wrangling curmudgeon, told a spine-tingling tale
of the necromancer king of Ak'Anon; his rise, fall, and promise that another necromancer will return to rule. Could
it be...?
- Place the Second. Roserot Swampflower shared a story from dark troll lore about the fall of Guk and the
fate of one young warrior who becomes the mouthpiece of the gods.
- Place the Third. Tavaren regaled his enrapt audience with a moving piece about a secret weapon and the
noble price its keeper pays for it.
